As a SAP Solution Manager Consultant at Exertum, you will participate in the setup and administration of SAP Solution Manager systems and the monitoring tools associated with SAP.
A SAP Solution Manager Consultant supports the implementation of lifecycle management solutions in the SAP landscape of the customer. This includes:
- Provide advice about the possibilities of SAP Solution Manager
- Install and administer SAP Solution Manager systems
- Setup SAP CCMS
- Implementation of Solution Manager Diagnostic (including the SMD agents)
- Implementation of the Wily Introscope tools
- Implementation of Service Desk
- Implementation of the Transport Management System
- Setup EWA reports in Solution Manager
- Setup MOPZ
- Implementation of Change Request Management
- Implementation of Service Level Reporting
- E2E root cause analysis for the J2EE stack
We are looking for an IT engineer with more than 3 years of experience and with practical knowledge in at least two of the following domains:
- Monitoring tools (CA,Tivoli,BMC,Nagios,..)
- Development knowledge in JAVA (J2EE) or ABAP
- UNIX or Windows administration Who is willing to evolve to a new career in SAP BC, with a focus on SAP solution manager.
Or
With at least 2 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager.
- A Bachelor or Master level
- Efficient planning and organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Reliable, flexible & motivated
- Service minded, customer oriented and having a good team spirit
