We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Belgium on a permanent basis for one of our clients.
As a member of the HR team in Brussels you will be responsible for attracting new talent for our client’s teams. You will act as a business partner with the recruitment managers to guide and drive the recruitment strategy according to the business needs.
MISSION:
- Learn the core business of our client to fully understand the business and needs.
- Have regular meetings with recruitment managers to update recruitment needs and understand the needs of the business managers.
- Implement the talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the rest of the HR team and managers.
- Implement a strong sourcing strategy to obtain the best sources of candidates and target exceptional profiles.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish: sourcing, interviews, tests/business cases, candidate contact, selection and offer.
- Take responsibility for the organisation of recruitment days.
- Represent the values of our client and ensure optimal communication with candidates and other external stakeholders.
- Participate in the improvement of HR processes related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Take an active role in employer branding projects.
- Stay well-informed about changes in compensation and benefits policy to ensure that candidates and new hires are fully informed.
- Take charge of the campus recruitment channel to attract and hire junior talent (analysts).
- Organise participation in the most relevant job fairs, and you personally go to the job fairs to represent the company at the universities.
- Ensure communication after the job fair to activate contact with the best profiles.
- Organise other job-related events and actively develop our campus approach.
PROFIL:
- 5-8 years’ experience in recruitment; at least 5 years’ experience in lifecycle recruitment, with highly complex roles.
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment within large organisations and/or consultancies (Big 5 type), professional services, consultancy and advisory organisations is highly preferred.
- Agency experience and experience in recruiting for technical positions is preferred.
- Experience in placing candidates for a variety of positions, including technical, high profile and hard to fill positions that require original sourcing and recruitment strategy.
- Proven ability to work in diverse and matrixed organisations is required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage internal customer relationships and expectations; excellent advisory and sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to demonstrate good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of flexibility and good judgment.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects involving cross-functional efforts and executive stakeholders.
- The position requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
