Technical Documentation Specialist

In compliance with the current EU legislation, you ensure the management of questionnaires, documentation, specifications about finished products, raw materials and packaging in the best conditions of delay, quality and costs. 

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the updating of the technical documentation about raw materials (ingredients and packaging) and their suppliers in association with the quality, R&D and supply chain departments.
• Respond client requests about finished products and raw materials concerned.
• Creation of the technical datasheets.
• Ensure the traceability of information sent to the clients.
• Follow up and apply the change in EU food regulation in technical documentation.

Profile:

Master/Bachelor food technologies or equivalent by experience • Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO is an asset • Being aware of priorities – handling problems on the right time, with the right perception • Criticism, controlling capacities – communication capacities • Experience in ERP systems , is an asset • Fluent in Dutch/English/French
