UX Architect – ARIAD – Brussel

Mobile banking is shaking up the financial industry, its arrival signals the biggest shift ever in the way in which people and businesses manage their finances becoming the first port of call for contact with their bank. In this context, we’re looking for an experienced UX Architect for all digital applications of our client, a leading Belgian bank.

What’s unique about being a UX Architect ? We’re looking for a savvy professional who masters information architecture . Your challenge will be to contribute to organize, structure and label the mobile apps and websites of our client. You will create a hierarchy of content and assure the easy navigation through it. In short, your work will have direct impact on the usability and findability of these digital solutions.

What are your responsibilities?

Hands-on-work for a broad range of projects related to Mobile app, web banking and website.

Apply user-centered design processes in your project in order to align user and business objectives.

Discover user needs through research & data and translate them into clear requirements.

Make requirements tangible by translating them into wireframes, information architecture, process flows,…

Lead projects alongside an UI-designer and business stakeholders.

Proactively come up with new ideas to improve our digital channels.

Actively participate in improving the internal UX process and methodologies.

Are you the one? Yes if ….

We’re looking for a medior to senior profile so you have at least 4 years experience leading the creation of digital products and platforms.

You are experienced with user-centered design processes. Y ou have a broad range of experience in UX and are familiar with service design.

On project mode you can work with autonomy , choosing the right approach.

You have a problem-solving-mentality . Not all requirements will be clear just by looking at the info at hand, you need to have the ability to come up with solutions/assumptions yourself in order to solve whatever needs to be solved.

You are able to work in Figma and Miro .

You have some visual design skills to visualize your ideas.

You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills .

Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and defend decisions.

You’re a real team player who gets energy out of collaborating with other people.

You’re comfortable presenting ideas and concepts in a convincing way to stakeholders and higher management.

Be fluent in Dutch or French, you must be able to understand the other language you do not necessarily speak.
