Our Exciting Opportunity

The primary function of this role is to provide data management and analytics skills to deliver service reliability, service improvement and service efficiency outcomes. The role will require the use of analytical toolsets to drive insights from various data sources to enable a data driven operations. Understanding RAN and operational data sources to deliver analytical visualisations, analytical models and delivery through to operational tuning and automations.

The role holder should have domain experience and expertise in mobile network RAN and operational processes such as incident, problem and change management.

You will

• Problem review and understanding to deliver the right analytical approach and identifying the required data sources.
• Advanced english is mandatory
• Cleaning and organising data in preparation for using within analytics.
• Accountable for delivery of analytical visualisations. Ensuring that an accurate data set is used and understanding the right type of visualisation to utilise to provide one off or repeatable visualisations, dashboards, reports for Operations.
• Delivery of analytical models to enable the business to drive through the right operational changes whether this be in process, tool changes and automations.
• Understanding data sources, data attributes and data limitations. Ability to define and create new data sources where required and communicate limitations in data sources.

To be successfull in this role you need to:

• Higher qualification within Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification/experience – Essential.
• Demonstrable experience in Operation & Maintenance, implementation, integration, operations, support or testing environment. – Desirable
• Expertise in database, analytic and automation applications, methodologies, and processes; able to manipulate data and reports to support ongoing analysis and present conclusions – Essential
• Thorough understanding of the relevant equipment technology used within the customer networks, with appreciation of operations, performance and design considerations. – Desirable
• Thorough understanding of the underlying technology (2G/3G/4G), its protocols, key parameters and operating configurations – Desirable
• Proven track record in conceiving and delivering expert technical solutions on a reactive and proactive basis, across any technology relevant to the customer network – Essential
• Good understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change and service introduction principles and practices. – Desirable
• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform applications, Microsoft Azure, Tableau and Power BI. – Desirable
