YOUR ROLE

  • Steers excellence in implementation of global innovations;
  • Builds & implements strong brand awareness strategy;
  • Plans & controls budget for all marketing activities;
  • Develops & implements sales promotions and product communication (digital, PR, events);
  • Develops trade programs with clients in line with sales/brand strategy;
  • Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities in all channels (distributors, stores, direct sales, e-commerce);
  • Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities;
  • Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated;
  • Trains sales & education teams in all brand’s innovations;
  • Forecasts sales of global innovations.

  • Trade Marketing Experience
  • Desirable Experience in the Beauty Professional Segment
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ownership
  • Digital expertise
  • Hands On

  • Resilient
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (both speaking & writing)
  • Fluent English (both speaking & writing)
  • Spanish is highly desirable
  • Interest in beauty & fashion
