As the Business Controlling Manager for LATAM you will be reporting to Head of Business Controlling LATAM. Your role will be:

§Act as an entrepreneur by driving innovation and day-to-day improvements. Eg: creates, uses and provides data via BI tools and supports automation and digitalization processes

§Be the person that owns its results by taking hands-on responsibility to achieve ambitious goals. Eg: tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis with solutions to areas of improvement, determines root cause for performance deviation

§Collaborate as a strong team by communicating financial results across Business Units and advising on risks and opportunities to achieve business strategy and financial goals

§Identify, develop, and implement processes to improve business performance

§Develop people with passion by connecting all relevant areas in the business and transferring knowledge through the Finance team in LATAM

§Opportunity to work on future breakthrough projects in a highly challenging environment to bring our area and business to the future. Eg: Integrated Business Steering linking all parts of the business together under a common framework
