Administrative Assistant – Baier’s Upholstery & Design

This position will include correspondence with clients, scheduling appointments, pickups and delivery times. Logging information into our billing system. Placing orders for products online and on the phone. On days when working on sight, greeting clients that come into the showroom. Training will be provided.

It is very important that the applicant has a strong skill set on computers and can operate them efficiently. Also needs to know how to operate multiple programs.

It would be preferred if the applicant has a knowledge of interior design and could help a client with the selection of materials on days when working in the showroom.

Applicant needs to be reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated. This position will require that you are capable of completing tasks on your own and report to the manager of anything important that needs to be brought to their attention.

Being an organized person is imperative for this position as you will be required to keep things running smoothly so projects can be completed efficiently.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
