Taiga Building Products – Halifax, NS has a FULL-TIME, one-year contract opportunity available. The primary focus of this position is to provide top customer service and administrative support and reception coverage daily.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration
- Minimum 1-year related experience in Administration or Reception
- Answer all incoming calls and route them to caller destination
- Accept and or coordinate couriers to various locations, maintain outgoing mail
- Perform data entry
- Maintain various filing systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Handling all administrative and office service duties
- Invoicing and billing processing
- Strong computer skills are preferred (Microsoft Office, Google Docs etc.)
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Perform other duties as assigned within this role
- Preference will be given to bilingual applicants (English/French)
