Ellis Street Market in downtown Kelowna is seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to enhance our team. This role is integral to maintaining our back-office efficiency and supporting general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate information in our internal systems.
• Manage email communications and respond to inquiries efficiently.
• Complete and process various forms and documents.
• Assist with filing, copying, and other general office tasks.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth data integration and office operations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in data entry or clerical work preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
