What is the opportunity?

  • This opportunity will allow you to help with various task within Data in Wealth Management.
  • The main priority will be processing, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • You will be a point of reference for branches and other departments to assist with enquires.
  • Provide assistance where required to maintain balance in work volumes within the team.

What will you do?

  • Hours 10:00-6:00pm
  • This job consists of ensuring all entries are processed before 6PM
  • Must be able to work and be comfortable with excel.
  • Understand macros.
  • Process, delete, modify request in a timely manner.
  • Assist where required to help maintain balance in the work volumes within the team.
  • Must be able to meet SLA’s, be prepared to set up banking information
  • Should be able to prioritize work, resolve issues before they become escalated.
  • Assist with answering inquiries.


What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple requests, and be able to prioritize
  • Ability to handle high volumes at peak times, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA’ and high volumes.
  • Strong customer service, to be able to follow our model of Client’s First attitude.
  • Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve, escalate.
  • Be willing to cross train within the group to perform various duties within the team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work, independently and within a team environment.
