Our Client is looking for an AWS Lambda Developer / IVR Support individual to join their team on a 12 month contract or a contract to permanent opportunity.
This role is 100% remote, and can start ASAP. For this role we require someone with ideally 2+ years of AWS Lambda Development experience with database experience, IVR / Contact center experience.

etc Review, analyze, modify and create call flows, queues, skills, routing profiles, and prompts, on an iterative basis.
Contact center administration and support Lambda, DynamoDB, and possibility Amazon Connect, QualificationsAWS Lambda Development experience Database experience – Dynmao DB prefered Development in any of the following languages : Python, C# / .
NET, Java..etc. IVR experience / Contact / call center env’t experience preferred Source Control – GIT hub or similar JSON configuration experience ideal Amazon connect -ideal MS Teams nice to have Azure DevOps – nice to have S3 – nice to have 2-3 years experience coding / maining code / support / changes etc.
