WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to new and existing customers.
- Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of both emails and phone calls.
- Identify customers needs to match them with the ideal residence while utilizing tools and scripts provided; Track efforts and successes.
- Look for opportunities to overcome objections and/or provide alternative solutions.
- Utilize your enthusiastic and cheerful attitude to create genuine excitement for the viewing appointment
- Follow up on prospective resident leads in a timely manner and follow up with current residents for renewals
- Handling escalations with current residents while offering a positive experience
- Create maintenance requests for existing residents; Liaise with the field staff to resolve resident concerns.
- Work on resident retention initiatives
- Attention to detail for data logging and documentation purposes
- Assist in other administrative and data entry duties as assigned
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good computer skills with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be available for full-time work, and prepared to work nights and weekends
- Call centre experience is an asset
- A clear criminal background check will be required
