What will you do

• The Chief of Staff will support our CEO; You will implement key strategies, manage critical company projects, and do everything behind the scenes to ensure the CEO and leadership team can remain laser focused on HouseSigma’s growth.
• This role is designed for a high potential to transition into a future senior team member.
• Support the senior leadership team to navigate through uncertainty and risk
• Manage Media & Public Relations & Communications, management speaking engagements, appearances and interviews along evaluating opportunities and determining if they fit strategy and priorities
• You will act as the central point of contact for the CEO internally and externally. You will support their decision-making by being a strategic advisor, confidant and sounding board and providing advice to them on a full range of topics.

What we are looking for

• Have experience in strategy and business consulting and support key executives to navigate through a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
• Approach small and high-level tasks with the same sense of importance and urgency
• Have previous experience managing investor relations and external communications with investors
• Have a proven track record of keeping the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. You have experience interacting with high-profile people.
• Can handle multiple tasks at the same time while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Able to take ownership of special projects, including projects of scale the HouseSigma operations across the country and globally.
• Ability to anticipate and avert problems
• Can grasp and add value to the leadership team’s vision
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Depending on the situation, you can easily switch from formal business speak to a friendly, casual tone.
• Are detail-oriented, nothing gets by you, and you don’t drop the ball.
• Have strong analytical, organization and project management skills. You can quickly digest information from various sources to provide advice.
