About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Assistant to serve as an integral member of the team and manage a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing information packages for new and existing clients; including preparation of MVRs, certificates of insurance, invoices and billing material. With this role, you will open the door to an exciting career path opportunity with NFP and be a valued member and key partner in ensuring client satisfaction.

Education and/or Experience:
- Post-secondary education – Insurance diploma is preferred
- Typically, more than 1 year of administrative support experience
- Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Brokerage license is an asset
