We are looking for a competent and honest individual to lead one or more crews of 2-4 team members. The leading role will be on-site as a working foreman. This requires driving truck and trailer, as well as physical labour. As a working foreman you must be physically fit, able to move interlock, lumber, and concrete forms by hand. We expect our working foremen to lead by example. Up to $60/hr based upon experience and performance. Possible profit sharing of projects you lead and complete.
