Customer Care Representative – Service: Mercedes-Benz Canada needs fans like you

How your role will add to the story:
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative- Service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be expected to create the first impression of our brand. You’ll also contribute to the operational efficiency of the service department and to positive CSI results by promptly and warmly answering calls or emails and assisting our guests with scheduling their service appointment. You will report directly to the Business Development Manager- Aftersales, and will also have the opportunity to work with our service, sales and parts teams.

A day in the life:
- On most days accurately book service appointments or handle web leads
- Some days you will make outbound calls to existing customers for service appointment retention.
- You will also occasionally handle inbound sales calls and sales leads
Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Pleasant and enthusiastic telephone demeanor
- Ability to actively promote our marketing initiatives
- Ability to take initiative and to efficiently handle higher volumes of customer contact with us
- Prior automotive retail or call center experience is considered an asset
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
- Honest and professional , a strong team player
- Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
- Eligibility to work in Canada
