Who we’re looking for…
- Passionate about delivering amazing customer service
- Ability to operate well under pressure and within a target-driven team
- Excellent communicator and listener
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Knowledge and experience of Financial Services is desirable but not essential!
Responsibilities…
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers – assisting with their enquiries and requests
- Support our customer in making changes to their policy to suit their need
- Drive Service improvement by identifying trends and supporting the necessary changes
- Handle objections confidently, addressing any concerns through exceptional product knowledge
Starting Salary $45,000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00 per year
