We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to serve as our Front Desk Receptionist in Toronto. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Skills:
– Ability to computerise information accurately
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Familiarity with administrative procedures
– Excellent customer service skills to assist visitors and clients
– Clerical experience to handle office tasks efficiently
