Customer Service (live chat/from home) – Christopher Lenz Consulting

Day to day duties include:

  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and providing accurate and relevant information
  • Adhering to departmental KPI expectations and call volume requirements
  • Abiding by the APS Code of Conduct and values with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provision of customer service excellence

Skills and experience required:

  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with a sound focus on quality
  • A strong level of resilience, ability to work with KPI’s
  • Excellent time management
  • Proven good accountability and time management
  • The ability to work with various systems and software packages

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
