Here’s what’s expected of a Customer Service Agent… * Confidently and professionally welcome, engage and connect with our customers by email and chat * Responds to questions from customers regarding their orders, purchases and refunds with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach * Communicate with Buying, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams to help resolve customer service issues * Utilize Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, as well as a variety of systems applications and reference tools (policies, processes) when addressing customer service inquiries * Ensure our customers have a positive and lasting impression of their Toys R Us experience Qualifications… * Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent is required. * Personal characteristics should include: patience, high energy, sense of urgency, empathetic, active listener, high integrity, sound judgment and self-motivated. * Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Solid decision-making skills. * Works well under pressure * Strong organizational, time and priority management skills.
