Customer Service Representative – WeHire Connect

WeHire Connect is recruiting several Customer Service Representatives in Pickering. This is an in-person role offering both full and part-time hours.

This role requires Representatives to provide outstanding Customer Service to individual customers and small business owners. This is a highly engaged and interactive role, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

This position offers an high hourly wage plus an additional bonus structure based on customer experience surveys. We understand the difficulties associated with hiring in the midst of the pandemic and therefore offer safe, reliable and worthwhile employment opportunities. We are seeking the most talented customer service and sales professionals. Extended health, dental and vision is provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $25 per hour, negotiable based on experience
• Bonus structure in addition to hourly wage upon completion of training period

Requirements:

• Must be available to work in-person Monday through Friday, or a minimum of 3 days per week
• Strong communication skills in-person, via phone and zoom
• Ability to prevent information regarding services offered in a professional manner
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service or Sales experience a significant asset
• Must have a strong work ethic with the desire to excel in a professional role
• Strong computer literacy is required

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives:

• Meet with walk-in customers in-person, during scheduled meeting times over the phone and/or via video call
• Provide professional, friendly and memorable service
• Basic data entry
• Attend regular office meetings and training days
• Retain information regarding various services
• Attend promotional events
• Answer a high volume of emails from customers
• Schedule meetings both in person and virtually
