York Electronics Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Representative/ warehouse assistant who is enthusiastic, organized and able to multi-task to join the team.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Processing and inputting customer order into the computer system
Handle telephone inquiries regarding information on products and services
Receiving incoming parts and shipping outgoing parts when required
Maintaining a clean, tidy and well organized work area
Carrying out other tasks as might be required from time to time by management.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel) Google Drive (Docs, Sheets etc.)
Reliable way of transportation
Required working days are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm
