Staging & Decor Concepts Inc. is a fast growing, Canadian owned supplier of high-quality furniture and accessories for the Home Staging Industry in the Golden Horseshoe. We are located on the Oakville/Mississauga border and we are currently looking for a FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team IMMEDIATELY
Position Description
The Customer Support Representative will manage assigned orders from start to finish. This includes verifying that the items ordered are in rentable condition and meet S&D standards, booking delivery and pickup dates & times, advising and helping clients with item selection, preparing and ensuring that all the necessary client paperwork is completed, ensuring that the delivery teams correctly load the complete order, and dealing with any issues that may arise during the rental period.
Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Some days the successful candidate may have to start earlier and/or work past 6pm & on occasional Saturdays. Candidates will need to be available to work these extended hours when required.
