RefundPros is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their Claims team.

Were a software-based service, helping eCommerce businesses retrieve owed refunds from major carriers like Canada Post and UPS and online marketplaces like Amazon. We recover thousands of dollars for businesses in return for a small commission www.refundpros.com

Responsibilities

• Performing data entry, checking and validation (Note, this is repetitive work, requiring close attention to detail for extended periods.)
• Submitting refund claims to National Shipping carriers and Amazon on behalf of businesses across North America
• Assisting the Team Lead with daily tasks to ensure procedures are followed correctly and semi-automated processes are run in a timely manner
• Training and support provided for all of the above

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• High volume, accurate data entry
• Keen to learn new concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), Google (Sheets, Docs, Chat)
• Able to provide a criminal record check

Nice To Have

• Previous data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Monday.com, Slack or similar
