Major Goals
- Hiring of and maintaining high morale of a qualified team
- Setting and maintaining a happy and productive culture
- Manage cost-effective sundries and office supplies
- Provide Patients with a “WOW” experience upon first phone call & first onsite into the practice
- Patient greeting and exits
- Take payments for appointments and submit claims for patients
- Day end reporting procedures
- Telephone intake
- Monitor patient referrals
- Manage petty cash
- Account Receivable Management
- Provide a high quality New Patient Experience based on practice expectations.
- Follow-up on all broken appointments and fill any cancelled appointments
- Maintain Calling List Book No-Show, Short Notice List, Short Call List and Cancellation Lists.
- confirmation and reminder calls
- Confirmation of any patients not contacted successfully during the day
- Schedule next hygiene continuous care / periodontal therapy appointment
