The most important thing an Executive Assistant does is provide leverage to the CEO and the organization. An effective way to provide leverage is to increase cash flows while improving employee + customer satisfaction. Please be advised this is a demanding role that requires expert-level skills, organizational skills, tech savvy and a dedication to your work. You may be asked to work evenings, and weekends and travel on occasion.
