Full-Time Pharmacy Delivery Driver – Nolan Drugs

Key Responsibilities:

Complete safe, efficient, and accurate deliveries in Edmonton and surrounding areas

Load/unload products safely and plan delivery schedules and routes

Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with couriers and customers to ensure timely delivery of orders

Follow pharmacy protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of products delivered, which may include multiple packages to one address and appropriate handling of refrigerated items

Support efficient route planning by working with pharmacy team members

Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of delivery vehicle; including but not limited to daily assessment of vehicle, informing managers of required maintenance, and documentation of same

Accept payment for prescriptions, and ensure all payments and records are submitted daily to accounts receivable manager

Process all required documentation and maintain adequate records, including the use of technology/applications as needed

Maintain customer confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A respectful attitude and compassion toward others

The ability to remain calm and handle emergencies

The ability to pay close attention to detail

Excellent organization skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Ability to lift and move objects that weigh up to 10 kilograms (22 pounds)

Must provide a drivers abstract, criminal record check and should be bondable

Must be fully* vaccinated for COVID-19 (*as defined by public health)
