The Junior Affiliate Associate will be responsible for the administrative and onboarding side of the Affiliate department.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Affiliate Associate will be responsible for the administrative and onboarding side of the Affiliate department. This will include reaching out to potential affiliates, obtaining all required documents before launch, and analysing their performance.

• Fulfill the onboarding process. Includes completing contracts, due diligence forms, and customized creatives.
• Research new affiliates and regularly do email reach outs
• Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results
• Maintain analysis documents
• Be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goals
• Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral and events
• Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
• Support the affiliate or marketing team as needed
• Brainstorm on any new ideas or practices to improve the affiliate department

Skills and Qualifications:

• College or university degree related to business, marketing or administration
• Passion for everything sports and sports entertainment
• Availability to go to the events, these may occur on weekends or evenings
• Strong communicator
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Able to handle multiple campaigns and projects at once for multiple partners across different verticals
• Able to present information, reports and decks with SLT
• Comfortability working with internal legal and negotiating deals with external SLT
• Time management, Self-motivator, Quick learner

Nice to have:

• Experience within the iGaming industry
• Bilingual in French
