Position Summary:

Moderate and support virtual online training sessions; Welcome participants, launch and support exercises planned by instructor, including polls, virtual breakout room discussions, and white board activities; Monitor interactive features including chat and question submissions, conveying this information to instructor throughout course; Assist participants with basic technical questions involving connection to the site, use of software features etc…

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

English: spoken and written; Intermediate French: spoken and written; Professional and client-focused; Experience with Zoom and WebEx online software; Able to work independently and within a team; Attention to detail and well organized; Proficient at multi-tasking; Capable of taking initiative and prioritizing tasks; Comfortable speaking in front a class; Flexible schedule (including some weekends); Available to work ~ 10-15 hrs/week. Must have access to a computer and high-speed Internet, webcam, microphone, and work from home office space.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(Amuse B) $16.50
