Office Cleaner – Topmax Cleaning Services Inc.

We’re searching for a skilled stripping and waxing technician with his own equipment to light strip and wax 550 square feet of vinyl flooring (wax worn off nearly completely)

Requirements:

• Insurance is required
• Must have your own reliable equipment and tools, floor striper cleaning machine, pads, buckets, mop heads, mop stick, wet vacuum, wax, stripper solution, and so on.

Responsibilities:

• To light strip (wax is nearly completely faded on the majority of the floor) and wash and mop the floors well, and apply a minimum of 3 coats of quality wax, with extra care on 550 sq.ft. vinyl flooring tiles, and to avoid at all costs any stripper, wax, dirty water, etc. getting on the walls, doors or through the door frames, and on the linoleum floors, next door.

References, before and after photos, and or video of previous work would be very appreciated.

Work Schedule:

• And available to work on one of the three following weekends listed below, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Saturday or Sunday.
• Feb 26-27, or Mar 5-6 or Mar 12-13.

Compensation:

• The pay is $250 for 4-5 hours of work if you don’t have your own equipment and you have proof of work, we will provide everything and payment is $25 per hour for 5 hours work for a total of $125.
