We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace;
  • Greet visitors
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and team members;
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings;
  • Coordinate special events, conferences, or workshops hosted by Haply;
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
  • Coordinate team-building activities and employee events;
  • Identify areas for process improvement within administrative functions;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • In charge of shipping/receiving
  • Coordinate with the IT for equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
  • Helping with dusting parts in the production area;
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for food, office and production-related needs.
