We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace;
- Greet visitors
- Act as a liaison between different departments and team members;
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings;
- Coordinate special events, conferences, or workshops hosted by Haply;
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
- Coordinate team-building activities and employee events;
- Identify areas for process improvement within administrative functions;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
- In charge of shipping/receiving
- Coordinate with the IT for equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Helping with dusting parts in the production area;
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for food, office and production-related needs.
