Position: Operations and Customer Service

Type: Full time Location: 8279 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls Ontario with remote working options

General:

GCP Corp is a successful enterprise supplying kitchen and bath cabinetry to the new home market in southwestern Ontario. We are experiencing substantial growth and we now require another dedicated team member.

The successful candidate for this position will be working together with our sales, sales support, accounting, delivery and installation teams to create future successes. Required skills and experience

  • Ability to prioritize and to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, including minor programming.
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately schedule truck loads of product for delivery across multiple territories within a changing time line environment.
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately support sales in their scheduling of multiple project installations, and service for same, in multiple sales territories with multiple team members and clients.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Kitchen & Bath builder or related environment preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to present ideas and work as part of a team to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
  • Flexible and willing to go the extra mile, to meet project deadlines or client schedules.

Duties

  • Prepare truck schedules and required paperwork in an efficient/cost effective manner to co-ordinate with installation scheduling
  • Follow up with installation team on every project and review installation reports for service actions that may be required.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee all project inspections and reports including PDI, 30 day, annual and others as needed and to create, follow and close service actions as required.
  • Attend sites, as needed, for team training, delivery and product inspections and client enquiries/concerns
  • Ensure all field and department team members understand the importance of safety in the work place and are trained and follow both company and governmental requirements.

Customer Service

  • Co-ordinate and oversee all service work in conjunction with Sales and Sales Support team including scheduling, sign offs – ensuring 100% client satisfaction

Office administration

  • Organize and maintain files, paperwork and data in appropriate manner.
  • Maintain, organize and update department policies and procedures and training programs.
  • Liaise with Manufacturer’s Representatives to ensure correct and up to date information for production schedules and provide regular updates to Sales Team.
  • Maintain and update Purchase orders, Client and Contact information

Other duties

  • Participate in training programs as directed by company, at company’s expense.
  • Complete special time sensitive projects, as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
