We’re looking for people who have a desire to deliver a best-in-class customer experience focused on health-related services. As an Order Processing Agent, your primary focus will be handling inbound orders from a vast network of customers across the USA.
We are currently looking for bright and energetic people to join our team who are able to work Full Time within our hours of operation: 6:00 am-8:00 pm Monday – Friday and 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday – Sunday. Successful applicants must be able to work 37.5 hours per week. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to full time hours.
Please note: This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining internal customer database by entering new and updated customer order information
- Transcribing prescription directions into customer database
- Verifying prescription order details over the phone or by fax
- Verifying and updating expired doctors licenses
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information for discrepancies
- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
- Verbal & written interaction with customers
- Receiving, saving, and uploading customer paperwork into database
- Daily work statuses
- Pharmacy Inquiries
- Contacting doctor’s offices
- Coaching customer service agents as needed
- Interacting with leaders & peers to resolve customer service concerns
- Working independently & within groups in a time-sensitive, results oriented environment

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Data entry experience
- Customer service experience
- Beneficial but not required: MOA, nursing, or pharmacy experience, call centre experience
