We are Kind Laundry and we’re on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic jugs polluting our planet. We create zero-waste and safer laundry care products and customers are loving it. We had fast growth and ready to have someone join our team to help support this growth.

We currently have an opening for full-time and part-time warehouse associates specializing in online order fulfillment and pick-pack-ship duties.

Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:

• Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Inventory management

• Pulling cartons from pallets of goods to fill orders

• Affixing shipping labels to cartons

• Ensuring pulled orders are accurate

• Uploading of products and descriptions to eCommerce and marketplace platforms

• Taking images of products

• Fielding customer inquiries

• Arranging shipping and or pickup of products

• Arranging appointments with Amazon FBA

Picker/Packer Qualifications / Skills:

• Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
• Pulling, packing, and loading
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and creating spreadsheets with formulas
• Detail oriented with strict attention to accuracy
• Computer and web savvy
• Excellent English writing and language skills.
• Ability to work independently while following the overall management strategy.
• Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.

Expected start date: 2021-11-15

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
