Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of raw materials for Contractors, pick warehouse transfer orders, as well as, printing content labels, SKU labels and tracking labels for In-house and contractor PO’s. Responsible for checking the content labels and advising the team lead of any discrepancies. Ability to advise the team lead on any discrepancies found on transfer orders and maintaining a record of Hologram labels’ serial numbers being issued on a PO per Plant basis. Ability to conduct cycle count of raw materials, advise supervisor of raw materials that are running low in stock and capability to assist in annual raw materials inventory count. Responsible for preparing and issuing raw materials being requested by Sales, Marketing, Product Development and other departments while coordinating with shipper on raw materials ready for shipment.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills with the proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of ERP system and RF Smart Scanner with hands on experience in an order picking environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment including lifting of up to 30lbs
