4 CORNERS MARKETING is a marketing agency that specializes in Sales and Donor Acquisition, Marketing and Brand Awareness, and Customer Service for small to large businesses and organizations. We are in immediate need of Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
Job Type: Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will be trained by our enthusiastic experienced managers and have equal opportunities to advance in the company.
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base pay
- Annual commission-based salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 (including bonuses)
- Travel opportunities across Canada and the US where our offices are located
- Rapid internal promotion structure available
Responsibilities:
- Providing the target audiences with information regarding our campaigns
- Serving as a brand ambassador while professionally and enthusiastically representing clients
- Handle stakeholders inquiries and complaints
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns via direct sales and marketing
- Troubleshoot and resolve marketing issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving organizations and their services
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent at the minimum
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent verbal communication skills
