Responsibilities

• Implement customizations and solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
• Including but not limited to: users, profiles, permissions, managed packages, objects, fields, layouts, templates, and various automations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, including recommending and implementing solutions that you discover and design.
• Perform quality assurance and user tests.
• Work in close collaboration with various internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• MANDATORY: 2+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• MANDATORY: Good written and spoken English.
• MANDATORY: Salesforce Administrator certification.
• BA or College/CEGEP degree in IT or equivalent, or self-taught with a high level of competency.
