Scheduling Coordinator – YYC Closets and Glass

Scheduler required for busy Closet and Glass Company.

Requirements listed but are not limited to, the points below:

Coordinate installers in accordance to construction dates and required product.

Communication clearly with builders, contractors, home owners, staff and management.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle various situations from homeowners concerns, contractor needs, site manger deadlines and service and warranty work.

Proficient computer skills, comfortable learning various software portals, implementing portal information into schedule.

The ability to handle numerous tasks, prioritizing them and scheduling for efficient implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
