We are seeking an experienced Financial professional to support the Finance function as related to Billing, Project Invoicing and Project Support. This job performs the full scope of financial support for operational managers while working under supervision where project set-up, data entry and decisions are occasionally reviewed/ verified by manager. Successful candidate will be required to have 3+ years’ experience. You will be reporting to the Financial Transactions Manager.
This position is for local candidates to the Lloydminster area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supports the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and operational leaders during Project file set-up, maintenance, close out.
- Provides support with Cost inquiries, Rate Cards, reporting and analysis. May take on additional tasks to help others.
- Enforces practices and procedures by raising invoicing or billing discrepancies to manager or operational leaders. Reviews transactions, confirms compliance with regulations and works with peers to address issues.
- Enters data to assist FP&A and operational leaders with processing documents (timesheets, LEMS, vendor invoices, purchase requests, purchase orders, client invoicing).
- Reviews, assesses and amends data entries to ensure Projects are compliant with internal processes and external requirements (ie. CSOX compliance).
- Generates reports, summaries, and analysis using standard templates.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have 2-6 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have a can-do attitude with strong work ethic and a strong multi-tasker along with problem solving skills.
- Strong high volume data entry skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
- Competent and knowledgeable with Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and other project management software.
- Have good organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to manipulate multiple tasks while still meeting deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Intermediate level of ability with Microsoft Excel.
- Certificate or diploma in a related field is preferred.

Other details:
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.
There is a Client Owner mandated COVID-19 Vaccination Protocol to obtain access to the Lloydminster site. You will be required to show proof of double vaccination with two doses of the Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine, with no less than 14 days since the second vaccination. Individuals who are not double vaccinated will be required to produce a negative COVID-19 test every 72 hours.
Any expenses and time associated with obtaining the COVID-19 rapid test would be the individual’s responsibility. Neither the Client Owner nor ClearStream will be providing reimbursement for these costs.
