JOB TEXT:
This position involves assisting student(s) with severe cognitive, physical, and/or behavioral needs. Successful applicants must have completion of high school supplemented with training in Early Childhood Education, Child Development & Behavior, Special Education, or other related fields.
Experience working with children either in a work or volunteer capacity is required. Training in First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention – CPI, and other related courses would be considered assets.
NAPE Student Assistant Salary Scale (CG26) $23.13-$25.60 per hour
