POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Cité-Rive residence, managed by Cogir Immobilier, is looking for a part-time Server, every other weekend, to join its great team. The Cité Rive residence is located in a prestigious environment and in an enchanting setting overlooking a pretty park along the majestic Rivière-des-Prairies.
The Cité Rive residence is first and foremost the quality of life in Montreal, with proximity to all of its services, access to its many entertainment options and all of its resources.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
- Greet clients and orient new residents by proposing their seat at an appropriate table
- In cooperation with the kitchen staff, prepare daily and à la carte menus and answer residents’ questions regarding meals and preparation
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the workspace
- Perform other related duties
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- knowledge of a Maitre D’s responsibilities (an asset)
- Customer service experience an asset
