Warehouse Worker (FORKLIFT)
The Role:
The Warehouse Technician 2 will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by acting as a leader within our warehouse teams. The Warehouse Technician 2 will be required to provide day-to-day leadership in our operational/technical tasks, attend leadership meetings, and provide general floor support.

What you’ll be working on:
- Day-to-day technical/operational tasks
- Participate in pre-shifts and team communications
- Take part in productivity projects
- Support the workplace safety initiative
- Take ownership in site Key Performance Measures
- Ensure productivity
- Operating a forklift
- Load and unload cases to/from trailers
- Strapping and bundling cardboard
- Gathering pallet boards
Qualifications/Requirements
Who’s a good fit for the team:
- Warehouse experience
- Forklift experience would be an asset
- Proven results through team work and focus
- Leadership capability/communication shown through previous experiences
- Strong professional image with ethical standards, integrity, and objectivity
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to coach/train/support frontline team members
- Problem-solving and group facilitation skills
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results
- Ability to work under and pressure
