Responsibilities : – Manage Jaguar Land Roveroperations in USA and Canada. – Be responsible for your attendancepunctuality and schedule adherence.
- Complete all assigned taskswithin deadlines including training. – Process inbound and outboundcalls from customers and service providers in a structuredgoal-oriented fast-paced call center environment.
- Handlechallenging customer situations while maintaining a positiveempathetic and consultative approach. – Create clear and detailednotes documenting every step of the process for each customer’scase.
- Become an expert in roadside assistance by offering thebest solutions based on policy. – Find creative ways to enhance theroadside experience such as providing alternative transportationoptions like Uber or taxis.
- Utilize available tools to locate acustomer on the road.
