Job overview:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rimasys, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to drive business growth, streamline processes, and ensure the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strong and visionary leadership to the operative business areas, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement operational strategies that support business goals and objectives. Monitor market trends for adaption of the company’s strategy and identify, develop, and implement initiatives for growth opportunities in the core business.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality across all operational functions with a strong focus on digitization.
Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of operational processes.
Technology Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Financial Management : Ensure accurate budget monitoring in collaboration with the finance department.
Compliance and Regulation: Monitor and, if necessary, derive measures to ensure compliance with quality requirements and compliance.
Your profile
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role within a small to medium-sized business.
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with the healthcare market (payers, providers, healthcare professionals).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for excellence and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Practical and proactive approach to achieving results.

- Good English language skills, both written and spoken (Level B2); knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
