We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our production team. The PA will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our video production. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the entertainment industry and provides a broad exposure to the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Set Assistance:
Provide on-set support to the production team, including the director, producer, and other crew members.
Assist in setting up and breaking down sets, organizing equipment, and managing props.

Administrative Support:
Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying scripts, distributing call sheets, and handling paperwork.
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for cast and crew.

Communication:
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Relay messages and instructions from the director or producer to the cast and crew.

Logistics Coordination:
Assist in organizing and managing the logistics of shooting, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available and delivered to the set on time.

Problem-Solving:
Quickly address and resolve on-set issues or emergencies, providing practical solutions.
Remain adaptable and flexible, ready to assist wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in film and television production.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of film production equipment and processes is preferred.
• Willingness to work long hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
