Readiness Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• 
  Support deployment master planning (min. 12 months rolling in line release windows) together with the BSMs and PMs
• Track and communicate master plan changes
• Consider dependencies and local specificities
• Ensure and track readiness of product teams and align master plan with microdrop planning (backward planning)
• Prepare, manage and track quality gate 1 and 2 per roll-in element; Manage stakeholders and escalation
• Ensure and track pilot readiness according to readiness framework (VSTS) and prequisites (incl. local requirements and specifics)
• Manage dependencies and enablers (DMS, Data, legal, etc.)
• Facilitate weekly status report preparation together with BSMs
• Organize and conduct Pilot review meetings; Ensure and drive responsive feedback loop and process
• Manage dependencies and enablers (DMS, Data, legal, etc.)
• Prepare generic template and structure for dealer rollout plan and steps
• Own and contribute to deployment Playbook

Your profile:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Agriculture or Business studies or other degree with agriculture experience
• Experience in Project Management
• Languages: German, English (fluent)
• Experience with implementation and deployment of tools
• Agriculture industry experience
• CRM Salesforce experience with regards to business processes, functions and data architecture
• Positive attitude & highly motivated
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, G-mail, & Google docs
