YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As a Team lead you will use your excellent people and organizational skills, as well as your strong leadership competencies to develop your people. The position offers you the possibility to also work with your motivational skills while supporting and engaging the members of your team. With a ‘Safety First’ mindset, you will prioritize ensuring a safe work environment to help maintain the well-being of your employees. You will continuously aim to deliver great results through the development of members of your team. You use your strong overview and your detailed mindset to plan, execute and reportand report the daily operation, as well as ensuring contingency plans for all vital processes.
YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Your outgoing personality and your people-oriented approach is essential in the daily contact with your team members. You enjoy the international environment and you are a skilled communicator, fluent in English, with Danish being an advantage. You approach people around you in an open and honest fashion, which creates a positive and constructive dialogue. You use your ability to manage stressed situations, work in an organized and independent manner, and make decisions based on facts on a daily basis. You will use your structured mindset and your IT skills managing the organizational and administrative tasks, such as maintaining the Daily Operating Plan, reviewing KPIs on a daily and weekly basis. You follow the escalation process securing appropriate corrective action is initiated according to business rules and you constantly use your ability to lead by example and be a role model in the Operation.
