You’ll drive and support a continuous improvement and development strategy for your team and the overall sourcing department and lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers.

You’ll be part of CAPEX & DEVEX Sourcing in Offshore Procurement where you, together with your colleagues, will secure contracts for the supply of cables for our offshore wind farms.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading twelve highly skilled procurement professionals in an engaging and supportive working environment
- working with the entire Sourcing Management team to motivate your colleagues to achieve great results
- executing our business strategy by setting clear directions for the team as well as for individual colleagues
- developing and improving the skill sets of your colleagues, especially in relation to a commercial mindset and negotiation capabilities
